37" x 60" Wide Belt Sander with Vacuum 230V 3PH (WBS-37V)

Small or lightweight parts tend to slide, lift, or chatter on a standard wide-belt sander table — which is why many shops still finish them by hand. The Baileigh WBS-37V solves that with a 5 HP vacuum conveyor that holds workpieces as small as 2" x 2" firmly in place.

The 10 HP main motor and 1720 RPM belt drive deliver the same up to 2,700 FPM abrasive belt speed as Baileigh’s standard WBS-37, and the variable 2–26 FPM conveyor handles thickness from 1/64" to 6" across mild steel, stainless steel, non-ferrous metals, and plastics.

Auto sanding height adjustment, a digital readout, and 10 programmable presets streamline changeovers, while auto belt tracking keeps the abrasive centered. UL 987-certified safety systems and a 1-year parts warranty plus Baileigh Lifetime Technical Support round out the machine.
