5HP Dry Dust Collector, 230V 3PH (MDC-550)

Metalworking dust is abrasive, hard on air quality, and in some shops a genuine housekeeping problem. The Baileigh MDC-550 is a 5 HP dry dust collector engineered for fabrication shops, precision machining operations, and MRO facilities that need dependable, certified extraction — not a shop vacuum stretched past its limits.

Two 5-micron paper filters capture 84.3% of 1–3 micron particles and 95.4% of 3–10 micron particles, while 3,583 CFM of airflow at the 10" inlet (1,487 CFM at 5") and up to 10,889 FPM of velocity keep dust moving instead of settling on the floor.

A dual 5" inlet port design lets one MDC-550 support two wide-belt sanders or polishing stations at once, and the 126L fireproof collection bag keeps disposal simple. It runs on 230V/3-phase power (14A FLA, 30A breaker) and is backed by a 1-year parts warranty plus Baileigh Lifetime Technical Support.
