37" x 60" Wide Belt Sander 460V 3PH (WBS-37H)

The Baileigh WBS-37H is the 460V/3-phase version of Baileigh’s 37" x 60" wide belt sander, built for fabrication, precision machining, and MRO shops running higher-voltage service.

Its 10 HP main motor and 1720 RPM belt drive produce up to 2,700 FPM of abrasive belt speed, and the variable 2–26 FPM conveyor handles material from 1/32" to 6" thick and up to 37" wide.

Auto sanding height adjustment, a digital readout, and 10 programmable height presets simplify repeat setups, while auto belt tracking keeps the abrasive centered to extend belt life. UL 987-certified door interlocks, an E-stop, and a quick-stop abrasive belt e-brake protect operators, and the machine carries a 1-year parts warranty plus Baileigh Lifetime Technical Support.
