5HP Wet Dust Collector, 460V 3PH (MWDC-550H)

The Baileigh MWDC-550H is the 460V/3-phase version of Baileigh’s 5 HP wet dust collector, purpose-built for shops handling reactive or fine-particle metals where dry filtration falls short.

Its water-based separation captures sub-5-micron dust and polishing fumes, while 3,100 CFM of airflow and 15,151 FPM of velocity provide strong extraction at a quiet 75dB from 5 feet.

A 45L/70L capacity drum with an easy-view water level window and drain valve keeps maintenance straightforward. Built to support NFPA 660 combustible dust compliance, the MWDC-550H draws just 4.5A at 460V (10A breaker) and includes a 1-year parts warranty plus Baileigh Lifetime Technical Support.
