5HP Dry Dust Collector, 460V 3PH (MDC-550H)

Not every shop runs on 230V. The Baileigh MDC-550H is the 460V/3-phase version of Baileigh’s UL 1017-certified 5 HP dry dust collector, built for fabrication shops, precision machining operations, and MRO facilities running higher-voltage service.

Two 5-micron paper filters capture 84.3% of 1–3 micron particles and 95.4% of 3–10 micron particles, while 3,583 CFM at the 10" inlet (1,487 CFM at 5") and up to 10,889 FPM of velocity move dust efficiently away from the work area.

The dual 5" inlet port design supports two wide-belt sanders or polishing stations from a single unit, and the 126L fireproof bag keeps disposal simple. It draws just 7A at 460V (15A breaker) and is backed by a 1-year parts warranty plus Baileigh Lifetime Technical Support.
