5HP Wet Dust Collector, 230V 3PH (MWDC-550)

Some metals don’t play well with dry filtration. Aluminum, titanium, magnesium alloys, and other reactive or fine-particle materials can clog dry filters or create a spark and fire hazard. The Baileigh MWDC-550 is a 5 HP wet dust collector purpose-built to handle exactly that kind of work.

Water-based separation captures sub-5-micron particles and polishing fumes that many dry filters miss, while 3,100 CFM of airflow and 15,151 FPM of velocity keep extraction strong — all at a quiet 75dB from 5 feet.

A 45L/70L capacity collection drum with an easy-view water level window and drain valve keeps monitoring and maintenance simple. Designed to support a facility’s NFPA 660 combustible dust compliance program, the MWDC-550 runs on 230V/3-phase power (9A FLA, 20A breaker) and is backed by a 1-year parts warranty plus Baileigh Lifetime Technical Support.
