Water Jet Cutting Capabilities
CUTS ALMOST ANYTHING
Handles metal, glass, stone, composites, and more - with no heat affected zone. Unlike plasma or laser, it's safe for heat-sensitive materials.
CLEANER, SMOOTHER CUTS
Delivers narrow kerfs and clean edges, reducing or eliminating the need for secondary grinding or finishing.
CUTS THICKER MATERIALS
Maintains precision on thick metals—well beyond the ¾"-1" limit of most plasma or laser systems.
SUPERIOR PRECISION & ACCURACY
Excels at tight tolerances and intricate shapes, delivering cleaner results than plasma with better repeatability.
HANDS-FREE PRODUCTIVITY
Run jobs unattended while you focus elsewhere unlike punch or manual systems that demand constant input.

WATER QUALITY REQUIREMENTS
The pump water supply is not to have hardness levels greater than 170 ppm CaCO 3. If the water does not meet this specification, a water softening unit is to be installed.
Please note: the hardness level must not drop lower than 90 ppm CaCO3.
The minimum water conductivity value should not drop further than 300μS/cm.
IMPORTANT: It shall be the responsibility of the customer to provide proper safety and regulatory compliance for the entire installation and operation.
- Proper floor to carry the load.
- Proper, safe, and regulation compliant: workspace, power supply, air supply, water supply with drainage etc.
