Its fully welded steel plate construction with support trusses on the top and bottom provides rigidity for consistent results.
Performance & Precision: With a 48″ (4 ft) working length and a capacity to bend 20 gauge mild steel (and 18 gauge aluminum), the HBR-4820 delivers accurate bends up to 120° across the full width of the machine. Right and left cam lever arms precisely clamp material while adjustable clamping pressure accommodates lighter work.
Ease of Use: This manual brake includes a standard floor stand and easy-to-operate cam lever system for controlled clamping and bending, making it well-suited for shops that require reliable, repeatable performance without power requirements.
