Product Description: The Baileigh BB-12014H is a professional-grade hydraulic sheet metal brake engineered for heavy sheet metal forming, bending, and box/pan fabrication across its full 120″ (10 ft) working width. Its industrial-grade hydraulic system provides smooth, controlled clamping and lifting, reducing operator fatigue and improving consistency across long panels — making it ideal for fabrication shops, HVAC ductwork, and architectural metalwork.
Industrial Strength & Control: Built on a fully welded steel frame with support rods to minimize deflection and ensure accuracy, the BB-12014H includes 26 hardened fingers of varying sizes to form boxes, pans, channels, and custom shapes up to 6″ deep. Its programmable auto-stop allows precise, repeatable bend angles up to 135°, and operation is available via control panel or foot pedal for efficient workflow.
