Product Description: The Baileigh BB-5016F-DS is an advanced reversible finger brake engineered to expand the forming capabilities of traditional box & pan brakes. With a 50″ bending length and segmented hardened fingers on both the top and lower lifting beams, this machine lets you make unusual bends and reverse bends that standard sheet metal brakes can’t handle — perfect for creating boxes, pans, tanks, flanges, and complex part geometries in fabrication shops.
Operational Efficiency & Control: Featuring a manual foot-operated clamping system, this brake frees both hands to position material precisely at the bend line. The adjustable stop rod supports repeatable production runs, while the simple blade gap adjustment allows quick setup for different gauges of sheet metal. A spring-loaded cylinder assists in lifting the apron to reduce operator effort during repetitive tasks.
