Industrial Construction: The Baileigh Industrial MH-37HD Power Hammer is built on a rigid 1½″-thick steel plate frame designed to handle heavy use and resist flex during shaping, shrinking, and planishing operations. This large, industrial-grade hammer supports multi-part production with consistent force and durability.
Power & Control: Powered by a 5 HP motor on 220V 3-phase, this power hammer features an inverter-driven variable speed range of 0–1,500 beats per minute, adjustable on-the-fly with foot pedal or operator panel control. Stroke length can be varied between 0.1″ and 0.75″ for precision control across a range of metalworking tasks.
Versatile Metal Shaping: With a 37″ throat depth, the MH-37HD handles large and pre-bent panels, and offers dual-style hammering (rigid Pullmax-style and spring-slapping Yoder®-style) for shaping, shrinking, flanging, and planishing different materials. Includes tooling options for a variety of finishes and contours.
