Product Description: The Baileigh BB-2416E is a rugged metal bending box brake engineered for reliable performance in light to medium sheet metal fabrication tasks. Featuring a 24″ (2 ft) working width, this compact brake bends mild steel up to 16 gauge with accuracy and consistency — making it perfect for small-run projects in fabrication shops, education environments, and hobbyist shops.
Industrial Build & Functionality: Constructed with a steel plate framework that minimizes flex under load, the BB-2416E delivers long-lasting precision. It includes a counterweight apron lift assist to help reduce operator effort when lifting the bending leaf, and comes with hardened fingers of varying lengths for box and pan forming up to a 1.18″ depthand a 0 – 135° bend range. A sturdy floor stand is included for stable operation.
