Product Description: The Baileigh BB-4810H is a professional-grade hydraulic box and pan finger brake engineered to bend heavy sheet metal with precision and power. Designed to handle 10 gauge mild steel across a 48″ (4-foot) working length, this hydraulic brake is ideal for industrial fabrication shops, HVAC ductwork, and custom box and pan forming jobs where repeatability and control are critical.
Industrial Control & Durability: Built on a fully welded steel frame with truss rod stabilization to minimize deflection at full capacity, the BB-4810H uses industrial-grade hydraulics and a 3 hp motor with 220 V 3-phase power to lift and clamp the bending beam. Operators can choose manual or semi-automatic modes, and features like programmable bend auto-stop and removable bending support improve productivity and versatility.
