Product Description: The Baileigh BB-9612H is a professional-grade hydraulic box and pan brake engineered for large-format sheet metal forming, capable of handling 12 gauge mild steel (or lighter) across its full 96 inch working width with precision and power. Its industrial hydraulic system lifts and clamps the beam and leaf, allowing operators to bend, box, and form parts consistently across the entire sheet length.
Industrial Performance & Control: Built on a fully-welded steel frame that minimizes deflection under load, this brake includes 22 hardened fingers (6 × 3″, 4 × 4″, 10 × 5″, 2 × 6″) for versatile box and pan forming up to 6″ deep. Hydraulic controls with manual or semi-automatic (toggle/foot pedal) operation provide excellent productivity, while an adjustable bend auto-stop ensures accurate, repeatable results in production environments.
