Product Description: The Baileigh BB-4812 is a robust manual finger brake engineered for precision sheet metal forming in fabrication shops, HVAC work, and general metalworking environments. With a 48″ (4 ft) working width and rugged construction, this brake delivers consistent bending performance across its full length, making it well-suited for producing boxes, pans, channels, and custom parts from sheet metal.
Industrial Strength & Control: Built from fully welded heavy-duty steel, the BB-4812 resists deflection under load to maintain accurate bends. It includes a set of 11 hardened and polished 3-piece fingers of various lengths for flexible box and pan forming up to 6″ deep, along with a stop rod system for repeatable bends and heavy counterweights that reduce operator fatigue during long runs.
