Product Description: The Baileigh BB-12016 is a professional-grade manual box & pan brake engineered for heavy-duty sheet metal fabrication, HVAC ductwork, and custom metal forming applications. With a full 120″ (10 ft) working width, this brake bends large sheet metal panels with precision and strength, delivering crisp bends across the entire length of light-gauge materials.
Industrial Performance: Built with an electro-welded steel framework and support rods to maintain alignment even under full load, the BB-12016 includes 26 removable hardened fingers of varying lengths, allowing operators to create a wide range of box, pan, and channel shapes up to 6″ box depth. Large counterweights and precise bearing-mounted beam shafts reduce operator fatigue and enhance bend consistency.
