Electric Power & Control: Powered by 110 V electric with a 0.5 hp motor, this bead roller uses a variable-speed foot pedal control that allows operators to adjust roll speed smoothly while keeping both hands free to manipulate material. A quick-release top die maintains forming depth for consistent results even when starting or stopping in the middle of a panel.
Precision Bead Forming: The BR-16E-36EV includes an adjustable depth stop on a large slide, a handwheel for fine depth adjustment, and quick-release tooling that preserves depth settings. Standard dies include a ¼″ round bead set and a 0.05″ step roll set for common bead and step forming needs.
