Precision Tube Notching: The Baileigh TN-250 Tube Notcher is a manual hole saw notching tool engineered for metal fabrication, weld shops, and custom tubular projects. Its unique self-centering vise ensures the workpiece is always centered under the hole saw, delivering consistent, clean notches up to 2.5″ outer diameter.
Patented Self-Centering Design: Featuring Baileigh’s patented self-centering radial vise, the TN-250 clamps tubing securely—even in the middle of bends—so operators get accurate results from any orientation. The carriage pivots up to 220°, enabling back-side notches without repositioning the tube.
Heavy-Duty Construction: Built on a robust .75″ steel plate backbone with sealed and oiled needle bearings riding on a 1.25″ Thompson® shaft, the TN-250 delivers smooth performance and long tool life. Large engraved degree markings and adjustable mounting rails help achieve precise, repeatable angle setups.
