Programmable Back Gauge & Precision Construction: Powered by a 15 hp motor on 220 V 3-phase power, the SH-5203-HD-NC includes a NC programmable back gauge that rides on a screw ball rail system with positioning encoder for accurate, repeatable cuts. The fully welded plate steel frame, precision ground hardened rail system, and high-carbon chromium blades with multiple flip surfaces ensure long blade life, strength, and consistent performance throughout production runs.
