Eligibility

• Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

• Employees of Baileigh Industrial, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

• Contest is void where prohibited by law.

How to Enter

• No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

• Participants may enter by following the instructions provided on the official Baileigh website launch contest page.

• Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries by the same person may result in disqualification.

Contest Period

• The contest begins on November 19th, 2025 and ends on January 4th, 2026 (“Contest Period”).

• All entries must be received by 11:59 PM CST on January 4th, 2026

Prizes

Three (3) winners will be selected:

1. Grand Prize: VMD-15 - 15" Mill Drill with R-8 Taper

2. 2nd Place Prize: BHVBS-56V - 5" x 6" Variable Speed Horizontal/Vertical Bandsaw

3. 3rd Place Prize: IB-8 Bench Buffing Machine

• Approximate retail values may vary.

• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

• Baileigh reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Winner Selection and Notification

• Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries.

• The drawing will take place on Friday, January 6th, 2026.

• Winners will be announced on January 12th, 2026 and notified via the contact information provided at entry.

• If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 7 days, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

General Conditions

• By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and all decisions of Baileigh, which are final and binding.

• Winners grant Baileigh Industrial the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

• Baileigh is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries due to technical or human error.

• Baileigh reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its control impairs the integrity of the contest.

Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Baileigh Industrial, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of participation in the contest or acceptance and use of any prize.

Governing Law

This contest is governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without respect to conflict of law doctrines.
