Warranty & Parts
What is Baileigh Industrial’s warranty?
All of our machines come with a one-year warranty that covers replacement parts.
In addition, you’re entitled to lifetime technical support and advice from our team of technical specialists—customer service representatives with hands-on experience.
Does Baileigh sell replacement parts?
Yes, we carry the most common replacement parts for all machines in stock. In the unlikely event that the part you need is out of stock, we will have it back in very soon.
Buying & Leasing
Who can purchase online?
Online sales are limited to the continental United States.
Outside this region? Call (920) 754-3717 and our Customer Service team will walk you through your options.
How quickly do you ship online orders?

Ground Orders (under 100 lbs.) – In-stock items usually ship within 24 hours. You’ll receive an invoice with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Freight Orders (over 100 lbs.) – Please allow up to 72 hours for processing. During this time, orders are inspected, tested, and packaged to our standards. Transit times shown in your cart start after processing. You’ll receive an invoice with tracking information once your shipment is shipped.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept the following forms of payment:

- Visa
If you would like to pay by check, money order, or wire transfer, call (920) 754-3717 to arrange payment with one of our customer service representatives. Please note that we may convert checks to electronic payments.
Is financing or leasing available for Baileigh machines?

We make products in manufacturing plants all over the world. We currently have factories in the USA, Portugal, Italy, Poland, England, Germany, China, and Taiwan.
