Roll bending has always been kind of a black art in which skilled operators paid for themselves many times.  Angle Rolling is the hardest of  all to bend consistantly without deformation.  Infact, many people say it is almost impossible to do.  Baileigh set out to cahnge that with the AGR series of angle bending attachments.  Three models built to work with Baileigh's R-M55/M55H, R-H55 and R-H60HD.

These patented angle attachements allow you to bend angle both easyway and hardway with almost no deformation to the angle itself.  Totally adjustable for angle up to 2" x 1/8", they totally encapsolate the angle forcing the material to stay in shape as it bends.  the best thing, you can run production and get the same results over and over with no effort or adjustments.

Kit includes all tooling to handle almost all applications and features:
