Just about every fabrication shop needs to roll metal sometimes, and Baileigh builds slip and plate roll models that provide years of trouble-free use.
Our machines range from affordable bench-mounted manual slip roller models all the way up to our hydraulic 4-roll plate rollers. Each Baileigh slip roll and plate roller:
- Comes standard with features that other companies might consider upgrades, like grooves for wire rolling on slip rolls and digital readouts on hydraulic plate rolls.
- Draws strength and rigidity from precisely-machined solid plate steel frameworks that keep rolls in alignment, minimize flex, and ensure accuracy.
- Is covered by a 1-year parts warranty and lifetime phone support from a team of reps who know our machines inside and out.
Slip Rolls
- From 12” to 50” wide. 22 to 16 gauge mild steel capacity.
- A Baileigh manual slip roll works well for prototyping and production in smaller shops.
- Our powered slip rollers can handle production in any HVAC shop or general fabrication shop.
3-Roll Plate Rolls
- From 4 to 6 feet in length. 3 to 14 gauge mild steel capacity.
- Our electronically-driven plate roll line offers hydraulic back roll movement for industrial-grade power and precision.
- Hydraulic plate roll models (with all 3 rolls driven by the hydraulics system) tackle heavy gauges and help finish your jobs faster.
- All models include a digital readout to make repeatability a cinch.
4-Roll Plate Rolls
- From 80” to 122” forming length. 0.25” to 1” mild steel capacity.
- Each 4-roll plate-bending machine pinches the plate between 2 central driven rolls, pre-bends the leading edge, and rolls the body along with the trailing edge—all in one direction and in one pass.
- Direct linear piston movement for the lateral or forming rolls helps to form tighter diameters with less work (unlike orbital movement).
