What is Baileigh Industrial’s warranty?
All of our machines come with a one-year warranty that covers replacement parts.
In addition, you’re entitled to lifetime technical support and advice from our team of technical specialists—customer service representatives with hands-on experience.
Does Baileigh sell replacement parts?
Yes, we carry the most common replacement parts for all machines in stock. In the unlikely event that the part you need is out of stock, we will have it back in very soon.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept the following forms of payment:

If you would like to pay by check, money order, or wire transfer, call (920) 684-4990 to arrange payment with one of our customer service representatives. Please note that we may convert checks to electronic payments.
Is financing available for Baileigh machines? Can I lease a machine instead of buying it?

Where are Baileigh Industrial products made?
Each product page states where that specific model is made. We make products in manufacturing plants all over the world. We currently have factories in the USA, Portugal, Italy, Poland, England, Germany, China, and Taiwan.
Where can I get an in-person demo of a machine?
You can stop by during business hours at any of our locations for a demo. For best results, you might want to call ahead to make sure that a given machine is in stock.
